"Needed non-emergency repair of an ascending aortic aneurysm, and a leaky valve and stenotic stem were also replaced with a mechanical valve. The surgery went well, and the aftercare was excellent, although recovery was complicated by an arrhythmia which required a pacemaker. Dr. Lilly and his associate were excellent, although I could have done without some of the fellows. I guess that that is something that happens at a teaching hospital. I would highly recommend Dr. Lilly to anyone."
