"Dr. Shofnos and staff were exceptional in pre-op evaluation and teaching, as well as hospital care. The surgery was uneventful despite the challenge of a 're-do' following a 2015 mitral valve repair. Just had my first post op echo which showed normal ejection fraction, normal sized left ventricle and minimal left atrial enlargement (previously severely enlarged). Glad that he was my surgeon!"
