"Dr. DiCorte had just moved to Louisiana from Illinois when we luckily found this gem of a surgeon. He is a gentle giant always taking his precious time fully explaining in detail what is wrong, what he will fix and what you are in for once surgery is complete. I was 72 yrs, only in hospital 3 1/2 days after a sternotomy, and in less than 2 years my scarring is unbelievably minimal. He performed great work, both inside and outside!"
