Aortic valve (including valve-sparing, valve repair and the Ross procedure)
Mitral valve repair
Tricuspid valve repair and pulmonary valve replacement

In addition, I have research and clinical interests specific to:

Bicuspid aortic valve repair
Connective tissue disorders such as Marfan's disease or Ehler's Danlos Syndrome
Therapies to treat complex aortic arch disease

Dr. Cecillia Chin, heart surgeon, graduated from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in 2015.

After medical school, Dr. Chin completed a general surgery residency at Johns Hopkins University in 2022. Next, she completed a cardiothoracic surgery fellowship at the University of Pennsylvania in 2024.
