"Dr. Chan has outstanding bedside manner. He was head of Cardiothoracic surgery in Charlotte before relocating to Pineville. He recommended minimal invasive surgery. I had a mini-thoracotomy. I had an annulplasty ring placed in my valve. I was in the hospital only 4 days, had great recovery and am thriving. In excellent health at 62."

"Amazing. At first I was not sure because he told me what has to be done and it has to be done now. I found Dr. Chan to be extremely knowledgeable and loves doing heart valve surgery. I was so concerned about a big scar. When I woke up, I heard he spent a extra hour closing me because Dr. Chan knew how much it meant to me. What a great turnout!"
