"We met through the referral of my cardiologist Prof. Atafir Rahman for a surgery consult and hit it off right away. Our two countries of origin have the greatest rugby players of all time. We had a great relaxed conversation and 7 days later we were going into surgery. This was my first ever surgery and having a good surgeon who explained things well certainly helped ease any anxiety for myself & my family. Surgery was a success and I was home within 6days with follow-up appointments and cardiac rehab booked in.
