"For the past 10 mos. I have been on an aortic valve replacement "journey" with office visits, various diagnostics tests/procedures, 2 insurance appeals, MANY office staff phone calls and finally, a TAVR procedure.
This journey began with Dr. Xenopoulis & ultimately, Dr. Negrotto performed my TAVR on 3/18/24. Through each step of the process, this ENTIRE STAFF was amazing and so compassionate with me (I was often so scared!).
Each member of the staff went above-and-beyond to help me and encourage me including advocating for me with some insurance issues. And Dr Negrotto was simply the best. She took care of my heart (literally & figuratively) and I am forever grateful."
