Hello! My name is Dr. Allison Tsao and I am a interventional cardiologist having graduated from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in 2011. To date, I have performed approximately 1,000 cardiac operations, of which 150 involved heart valve procedures. I regularly perform cardiac procedures at Penn Medicine Heart and Vascular Center. Dr. Allison Tsao, interventional cardiologist, graduated from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in 2011.
After medical school, Dr. Tsao completed an Internal Medicine Residency at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in 2014, a Cardiovascular Medicine Residency at Brigham and Women's Hospital in 2018, an Interventional Cardiology Residency at Brigham and Women's Hospital in 2019 and an Adult Congenital Heart Disease Residency at Brigham and Women's Hospital and Boston Children's Hospital in 2021.
Dr. Tsao is board-certified in Cardiovascular Disease, Adult Congenital Heart Disease, Internal Medicine and Interventional Cardiology.
